Rancho Como

Lady

Located nine miles South of Rockdale in the rolling hills of central Texas, Ranch Como is a Cattle breeding/feeding facility owned and operated by Kay and Wes Howe.  While it isn't an especially large ranch, or an especially lucrative one, nor is it a famous ranch, it is OUR ranch, and we love living here and operating it.

The gal in the picture is named Lady, and is a "Texas Longhorn". While she is no champion, she has an above average set of horns, and is in all ways an easy to manage cow, and continues to produce calves for us.
